  • Approved refunds will be processed into your wallet account within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • No processing fees will be deducted for refunds made within the 24-hour cancellation period.

 

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
